Administrators can modify the additional details in the user's profile through the dashboard. 

1. Go to your Cast Dashboard.

2. Select Users and Groups.

3. In the User list, click on your preferred user.

4. Click on the edit button across their name.

5. Click on Show Additional Fields.

6. You may now modify the details of the user for each additional field. Note: All the required information are marked with a red asterisk (*). Make sure to fill all of the required fields. If the field is not applicable to the user you're modifying, put N/A

7. Click on Save to save the changes.
