Filtering and sorting enrolled users list by additional profile columns

You can filter and sort the list of enrolled users inside the batch by additional profile columns. Make sure that you have added the profile fields as columns first before you start filtering and sorting the user list. Sorting enrolled users by columns

You can sort the list of enrolled users in ascending or descending order using the sorting feature.

  1. In the enrolled users list, click on the column header you want to use in sorting the users. Clicking it once will arrange the list in ascending order (A-Z).

Click on unfold_more DivisionClick on expand_less Division
  1. Click on the column header twice to arrange the list in descending order (Z-A).

Click on New Division

Filtering enrolled users by additional profile columns

You can filter the enrolled users list by the additional profile columns.

  1. Click the FILTER button beside the search bar.

Click on filter_list FILTER
  1. Click + ADD A FILTER.

Click on add ADD A FILTER
  1. In the Field section, select an additional profile field. All fields that you have added as columns should appear in this drop down menu.

Select Division from Field
  1. You will be prompted to input a keyword that will be used in filtering the list.

Type "New Division"
  1. Then, click SAVE.

Click on SAVE
  1. Wait for a few moments until your enrolled users list has refreshed. The results of the filter should appear.

Click on New Department
