How do I change/reset my password?

To retrieve your account, follow these steps to reset your password.

1. Go to your LMS portal. In the login page, click on the "Forgot password" link.

2. Type your registered email address on the space provided and then click on Send password reset instructions.

After clicking on this, you are informed that you will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

3. Go to your inbox and wait for the email.

If you can't find the message in your Inbox, please check your Spam or Junk Mail folder. Simply search "mailer@castlms.com" to locate the message in this folder. If it has been marked as Spam or Junk, mark it as Not Spam or Not Junk first before proceeding to the next step.

Click the email with the subject, "Reset password instructions." Then, click the "Reset your password" button.

4. Clicking the Reset your password button will lead to this page. You can type your new password in the space provided, then type it again to confirm.

Click on Update to proceed with changing your password.

Make sure to follow the listed guidelines to update your password!

The link is only valid for 6 hours. If you attempt to update your password using an expired Reset password link, the word "Reset password token is invalid" will appear. Please request a new one if the link has expired.

Once it is successfully changed, you can return to your LMS portal and log in using your email address and the new password.
