If this appears when you click on the Change my password link, it means that your link has already expired. The change password link expires either after 6 hours since your request OR when you request for a new one.

If you have requested for a change password link multiple times, the Reset password instructions will appear in one thread.

First, check the time of the message and go to the most recent email. Click on the ellipsis (...) button to expand the message in the most recent Reset password instructions email. (Email providers typically trim emails with the same content. So, you must expand these trimmed emails to be able to click on the most recent link.)

 

Once the message has been expanded, click on the Change my password link inside. You should be able to reset your password using this link.
