1. Go to General Settings.
2. Select IP Whitelist.
3. Put the IP in the space provided.
4. Then, click ADD IP TO WHITELIST.
5. The IP you added should now be in the list.
6. You can delete an IP by checking the box.
7. Click the menu in the column header.
8. Then, select DELETE.
If your IP is not in the list, you will not be able to open the portal.
If the whitelist is empty, anyone using any device can access the portal.
