You can set a time to automatically log out the users from the LMS after a period of inactivity.
1. Go to General Settings.
2. Select Auto log-out.
3. To enable this setting, check the box for Allow auto log-out.
4. Enter the Time Out Value in minutes and seconds. This will be the duration of inactivity before the prompt to log out or continue appears.
A prompt will appear on the learner's screen when they have been inactive for the specified time.
You can also set a Prompt countdown value in minutes and/or seconds, specifying the duration before the prompt switches to the logout prompt.
This will be the countdown duration for the CONTINUE button to be clicked in the logout prompt.
5. Click SAVE.
