From the log-in page of your LMS portal, click the “Forgot password” link.
The “I forgot my password” link leads to this page. Enter your email address on the space provided. Click on Submit.
Wait for the email on your Inbox. Once received, click the “Change my password” link inside the Reset password instructions email.
Make sure to set a password that is easy to remember—but not easy to guess! After entering your new password twice, click on Update.
Note: Your password should be a minimum of 8 characters long (with at least 1 capital letter, 1 special character, and 1 number).
After successfully updating your password, you may now proceed with logging in to your portal using your email address and new password.
