You can easily enroll existing users in the LMS by listing their email addresses.
1. Select Enroll via email from the list of enrollment options. To view your enrollment options, read this article: https://support.castlms.com/help/viewing-enrollment-options)

2. Copy the list of email addresses of the users you want to enroll in the course. Paste them in the space provided. You can also type them in one by one, making sure that each email address is on a new line. Note: Email addresses must be on separate lines to be counted. Ensure that the email addresses are valid and correct.

3. Click on the ENROLL button once you're done.

The status of enrollment for each listed email address will be displayed below.
If the user has not been enrolled in any batch in the course but has an existing account, the user will be successfully enrolled.

If the user is currently enrolled in another batch, you will be given two options:
Re-enroll / Re-enroll All - if you want to enroll the user in this new batch and retain their enrollment in another batch
Skip / Skip All - if you don't want to proceed with enrolling this new user so they will only have 1 enrollment in the course
You may choose between bulk action by clicking on the buttons Re-enroll All or Skip All, or you can select specific users to re-enroll and skip by clicking on the Re-enroll and Skip buttons for each user.

If the user has no existing account in the LMS, it will lead to a failed enrollment. You may proceed with any of these methods:
Download CSV - Download a CSV copy of the list of failed users. Make sure to open the CSV file and update the details for each email address before uploading them in the Bulk Upload Users page.
Copy to clipboard - Copy all the CSV details so you can directly paste their information in the Bulk Upload Users page. Make sure to double check the pasted details before processing them.

Warning: Users who do not have an account in the LMS yet will appear unsuccessful if enrolled using this option. Users who are already enrolled in the course will also appear as an error.
