If your users are organized in groups in the LMS, you can easily enroll them in the course by selecting their user group.

1. Select the Select from Existing User Groups from the list of enrollment options. To view your enrollment options, read this article: https://support.castlms.com/help/viewing-enrollment-options)

Click on Enroll via email…

2. Select the user groups you want to enroll in the course by checking the boxes next to the group names. You cannot select groups that do not have any members.

Click on group…

Note: The system will show you how many users are currently enrolled in other batches inside the group. When you select a group that has users enrolled in other batches, a popup will appear prompting you to choose whether to re-enroll these users in the new batch (Re-enroll) or retain their old enrollment (Skip).

Click on ENROLL

To process skip and re-enroll actions in bulk, select one and click CONFIRM AND START PROCESSING. Wait for a few moments until the process is finished until the success message appears.

Click on view list of affected users

You can also click on view list of affected users to select specific users in the group to re-enroll and skip.

Click on The users listed below are not yet processed. Select an action how do you want to handle Users enrolled from another batch

3. Click the ENROLL button once you're done.
