I didn’t receive a confirmation email. What do I do?

1. Go to your email inbox and look for the confirmation email.

2. Click the "Confirm my account" link.

If you don’t see the confirmation email in your inbox, check your Spam or Junk folder.

3. If you still can't find the confirmation email, go to your Learner's Portal. On the login page, click Resend confirmation instructions.

4. You will be directed to a new page. Enter your email address in the space provided, then click Send confirmation instructions.

Click on Send confirmation instructionsClick on You will receive an email with instructions for how to confirm your email address in a few minutes.

⚠️ Note: If the page displays “Email not found,” contact support@buri.io or your administrator. Your email address may not yet be registered.

5. Wait for the confirmation email to be resent to your inbox. Then, follow the steps in this guide to confirm your account: How do I confirm my Cast LMS account?

Once your account is confirmed, you can log in to your portal using your email address and password.
