I didn’t receive a confirmation email. What do I do?

1. Go to your email and check your inbox for the confirmation email.

2. Click the "Confirm my account" link.

If you cannot find the Confirmation Instructions in your inbox, check your Spam folder.

 

2. If you can't find the confirmation email in your inbox or spam, go to your learner's portal and in the login page, click on "Resend confirmation instructions" link.

3. This will direct you to this page. Type your email on the space provided. Then, click Submit.

Warning: If the page says, "Email not found," send an email to support [at] buri.io or your administrator. It's likely that your email address has not yet been registered. 

 

3. Wait for the Confirmation Instructions to be resent to your email. Follow these instructions in confirming your account: https://support.castlms.com/help/how-do-i-confirm-my-cast-lms-account 

Now you can proceed to logging in to your portal using your email address and password.
